- Furnish a comparative market
analysis of similar properties to yours, based on available market data t help set
the price.
- After careful inspection of
your property, prepare an attractive listing sheet of buyers.
- Place our sign of success in
your front yard, with your permission.
- Bring your property to the attention
of our SUPER TEAM at weekly sales meetings and tour your property, getting opinions
of value if neccessary.
- Place your home in the multiple
Listing Service, bringing it to the attention of ll brokerage offices in the area,
if you desire.
- Hold an "Open House" when beneficial,
with your permission.
- Prepare and print a flyer about
your home, circulat to all interested offices, and leave a supply for you and your
potential buyers.
- Make contact with neighbors
about your property.
- Advise you of the opinions from
other brokers, salespeople, and potential buyers who look at your property.
- Provide a progress report peridically
on your property's status until sold.
- Be available at all times for
questions, guidance, and assistance. When a purchase contract comes in, make myself
available or have an associated broker available in case I am temporarity out of
the area.
- Assist in obtaining satisfactory
financing if necessary.
- Assist with closing details
such a title, survey, city inspections, termite inspections and other details and
forms as may be necessary to speedily complete closing.
